Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Bozeman, Montana. This is a full-time, in-office position, ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, and eager to build their career in accounting. We are willing to provide training, but candidates should have at least a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities
- Handle payroll processing for various clients
- Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately using QuickBooks and Excel
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations
- Maintain well-organized financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience is preferred, but not required
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
